We're experimenting with switching from Happy/Sad to a 1-5 face gradient for capturing user sentiment.
Bug #1020307 covers creating mockups for how the faces should look for the various viewport sizes we support in the generic feedback form.
This bug covers:
1. creating a -dev version of the generic feedback form, css and js files
2. making sure the feedbackdev flag is set to False on all server environments
3. implementing the mockups behind the flag
4. writing tests to make sure we're capturing the gradient correctly

Also, we need to figure out if this will apply to all products or if we want happy/sad or gradient on a product-by-product basis.

Pushing this off indefinitely for now. See: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=985140#c36

We haven't restarted this project, ergo I'm going to WONTFIX it.
