ACTUAL
The image shown while being alone or waiting to connect is flickering. Please see video file attached (scenario 2). 
Once the call is established, the image is shown fine

EXPECTED
The image is always shown correctly

Isabel has confirmed that this bug only happens with flame device, not with FireE, so in case it could be fixed, the patche will NOT be uplifted to 1.1.1 branch and it will only be landed in master.
