Details

If you view a page with a FORM element in it that has INPUT fields,
you cannot drag text from external Windows apps into the field.

I use a veruse useful utility called FillOut Manager on Windows
http://www.theill.com/fillout/
which allows DnD onto most windows apps, including Netscape 4.7
and IE, but I cannot drag text from Fillout Manager onto Mozilla
0.9.x

This is not critical, since Mozilla has "Prefill form", but
quite often, the form data I need is not in Mozilla's profile
