I checked. Your email says you're part of the "nda" group. And you're vouched for. 
I see no reason it wouldn't work. How annoying. Sorry. 

Can you possibly simply try again. Perhaps the Mozillians API was down temporary when you tried.

So it was a temporary glitch. We'll keep an eye out if this is repeating itself as a problem.
