Details

Most of the methods in nsITelephonyService require a nsITelephonyCallback. In my opinion, it should be set to optional. It's troublesome when a user doesn't care about the result but forced to provide a callback. The change will touch our locked down interface. So here, I suggest to do it when we are going to migrate the interface.
