See attached screenshot with 2 consecutive separators after a disabled "Show Logs for <name>" item.

Also, when opening the context menu on a username in the participant list, there's only a disabled "Show logs" item, this isn't really helpful, we should probably have a "Stop following" item in that case.

The context menu looks fine when opening it on the tweet itself, or on @mentions in the tweet. Although we should probably have a "start following foo" for @mentions.

Bug 1445778 removes support for Twitter due to changes in their streaming API.
