Details
If you try to load an MP4 file off a server that does not transmit any content bytes, you get an infinite stream of the following output repeated:
E/SampleIterator( 612): getChunkOffset return error
E/SampleIterator( 612): getChunkOffset return error
E/MPEG4Extractor( 612): Unexpected sample table problem
E/MPEG4Extractor( 612): Unexpected sample table problem
I assume we're failing to read a sample, and retrying, or otherwise stuck in a loop.

Chris, do you have a test server or sjs for this? I could make one, but I'd be curious to know the exact setup you reproduced this on.

Chris - can you help with making this reproducible?

Per discussion in the meeting - chris is going to retest with his setup, and if it still appears to be a problem, I'll write an sjs mochitest and fix it.
