Test test_homescreen_delete_app_packaged.py has failed in latest mozilla-central build: http://jenkins1.qa.scl3.mozilla.com/job/flame-kk-319.mozilla-central.nightly.ui.functional.smoke/5/HTML_Report/

I've been able to reproduce the failure locally intermittently, by running the automated test several times, repro rate: 1/6. It is not reproducible manually.

I watched the phone while running the test, and I noticed that the packaged app fails to install, 'packagedapp1 download stopped' notification is displayed on Homescreen (see screenshot attached).
