I'm about to submit a PR for the front-end part.
How do you want to proceed for the frontend? It's just for the dialog, right?
yes, we will need a dialog. Meanwhile https://github.com/mozilla/browser.html/blob/master/src/browser/embedding.js just accepts the request.

We'll need some reusable dialogsfor other purposes too. Not sure what our plans are about that.
