V2? So users can access them as soon as they return to Fennec - true "load in background" behavior that wont be possible in V1.

Yeah - this is a V2 task I think. It's technically difficult atm so lets push this back

This isn't going to happen until we get GeckoView working. Let's revisit once load in background is doable. WONTFIX for now because of blockage
