When you say "Firefox hangs" what are the exact symptoms? Does it stop responding for a while but come back after 45 seconds, or does it stop responding completely/forever? https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/How_to_Report_a_Hung_Firefox has tips for collecting useful hang data.

Firefox stops responding for ~20 seconds then it`s back up. Scrolling again will make Firefox stop again and so on. I saw that Firefox will hang only if the mouse cursor is on top of the video area and I attempt to scroll from mouse wheel. If the cursor is anywhere else on the page scrolling works as expected. I forced two crashes while FF was hanging, here are the crash stats: bp-20c09cc7-b973-4023-b913-400f22150209 bp-60231a81-ca76-4d86-b164-6b0292150209

We're stuck in mozilla::plugins::PluginProcessParent::Launch and hitting the launch timeout, I'd expect: dom.ipc.plugins.processLaunchTimeoutSecs;45

Resolving old bugs which are likely not relevant any more, since NPAPI plugins are deprecated.
