Uninstalled nightly. Re-downloaded it and installed it. No sync, no nothing. Go to tools -> add-ons. I find expect to see anything listed, but there is a Cisco addon there for Openh264.
Although no doubt useful, surprised to see an add-on included in a clean profile. Intentional?

Yes. This is intentional. The OpenH264 code is delivered as an add-on.
