If you have a message that is longer than 1 page, when you hit pageup or pagedn
key, it slides one page up or down, but it doesn't move the text cursor for one
page up or down. So if you hit pageup key 3 times, you move 3 pages up, but if
you then hit the cursor up or down key, it will slide you 3 pages back down.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
Edit a long message, hit pagedown/up key and the press the cursor key (up or
down). You will land where the the text cursor is and will not stay on the page
which you moved with pageup/dn key to.

Expected Results:  The text cursor should move along the viewed page, when
hitting page up, down, home and end keys.
