Details
(Whiteboard: [psm-backlog])
Add telemetry for which signature algorithms are used for verifying certificate signatures. In particular, we're interested in how often SHA-512 is used with ECDSA and RSA certificates. It would be nice to be able to count P-256, P-384, and P-521 separately for the ECDSA case.
