Steps to reproduce:

Click forget password. But not receiving it on my email. Already check including spam folder but no reset link.



Actual results:

A password reset email has been sent. 


Expected results:

need to login to my account rjian as unable to login.

What email address are you checking? Is it possible you registered your wiki account with another address?

If you are not receiving that password reset email it is likely that you used a different email to register for the wiki.

Can you think of any other previous email addresses you might have used?

I'm using also [e-mail] but it forward to my gmail too. I also try to check that email but did not received anything.

I just requested a password reset for my account and received the email right away. 

I also sent you a test message through the wiki. Did you receive it? I received a copy of it right away. I will forward it to you. 

Is there a spam filtering on [e-mail]? If yes, the message may have been flagged as spam and not forwarded to your gmail.

No comments or other activity on Bugzilla from the originator for over five years.

No activity on the wiki for the last seven years.

No other bugs reporting same issue (other than user error).
