Details

Setting this option on doesn't seem to have any effect (or I don't understand
the right effect of this option) as new windows continue to pop-up instead
of new tabs. At least in two cases I would expect a change:
- when a pop-up window is created by the site (probably Java Script but is it
  a problem?)
- when links are written with a target (like for external sites in 'heise'
  articles), e.g. <a href="http://mozilla.org" target="_blank">Moz</a>.
