Details

Is this bug about implementing support for these events? If so, we need dev-doc-needed on this bug.
I believe we have decided we don't believe in this solution.  We'd rather implement the Anne's storage API with temporary boxes.

Closing for now.  Once the storage spec reaches consensus we can open a new bug.
