Unfortunately don't know for sure how to reproduce the crashes.
Could be a specific combination of menu-items that crash mozilla.

Using build 2001120108 on win2k here are two Talkback IDs

crash with build 2001120808
TB244275M
crashing using 2001122908 on win2k
TB1053518Q

Anything I can do to further help so far?
The upper stack is a duplicate of bug 114292 (which is clearly about only that
one stack) whereas the lower is different.
FWIW I just got a similar stack in 6.2 on my home machine. This first occured
when I went to create a new browser window by clicking on the icon in the lower
left in the status window. Just before that I had saved a file and closed
message window and then closed the save as dialog. After shutting down I
continued to get this same crash on startup. It went away after I rebooted.

What is strange is that the line 831 that it reports as the location, is the
entry->Fetched(); In any case I figured that it was just a little off.
Comparing the assembly it looks to have crashed at an earlier line:

   if (entry)  entry->MarkInitialized();

According to the assembly entry is null. The null test was put in back in March
of 2001, and I was running 6.2. So I'm not sure what to make of this.

TB ID's 1613873, 1613607, 1613562
This bug is starting to get fuzzy. I think I'll take David Baron's suggestion
and dup it to bug 114292 because the first stack trace we have matches those in
that bug.

The problems David Bradley describes could be corrupted memory, since the crash
went away after rebooting. I examined the code from the stack trace, and I
can't see how we could crash with the the given errors at those points. If
David gets more errors with similar stack traces, we should open a new bug.
