Filing this for posterity; we might have to modify the Loop-specific code in dom/media/MediaManager.cpp to explicitly allow 'browser' sharing without showing a prompt when invoked from the desktop client.

triaging to blocking-loop:Fx38+ for tracking this release, all bugs in 38+ and 38? now, will move to "backlog+" for Fx39.  After that - we won't triage to a specific release any longer.  we will work from an ordered backlog.

This already seems to be working just fine. bug 1133493 will modify the MediaManager to make Loop pages privileged to handle gUM constraints needed for tab/ browser sharing.
