Tested on latest nightly 64bit on Windows 8.1. When you scroll the page while the screencast is playing, you can see some painting artifacts. I did not see this on Fx36beta, and I haven't been able to reproduce this on Mac 10.10.
Steps:
1. Go to https://saucelabs.com/jobs/2db6de2a34f046a6b6dd1c2d64de0f92
2. Click on the Screencast section
3. Play the video
4. Scroll up/down while the video is playing
Expected: Video plays smoothly, no artifacts.
Actual: You can see some artifacts. See: http://screencast.com/t/vM5ZK6RJtB
On the same machine using the latest Fx36 beta, the video plays fine.

If I disable e10s the problem goes away. Requesting tracking.
