Steps to reproduce: 1. download zip file and exstract 2. Execute firefox.exe -P Actual Results: Profile manager would not launch. browser also would not launch. Expected Results: Profile manager should launch Pushlog: https://hg.mozilla.org/integration/mozilla-inbound/pushloghtml?fromchange=b3990dda83f8&tochange=b3a1efe7900a Regressed by Bug 984050

Yes, thanks. I fixed this issue, if green on try I'll re-land that patch. The fix is in bug 984050.
