I really don't know what's causing this, it's the strangest thing. Go to the URL
and scroll down.

Confirmed using Fizzilla/2001112020 (0.9.6). Text contents of TEXTAREAS doesn't
scroll the same as the rest of the page.

Minimized Testcase for this problem. One might need to change the size of the
browser window to still see the problem. (ie make sure that one can scroll up
and down in the window to see the problem).

I just tried this again in 0.9.8, build 2002020411. I no longer see the problem,
at least not to the extent I did before. I did notice that the textareas' scroll
bars disappeared at one point.... But clicking a textarea brought them back.
The testcase, however, still exhibits the behavior I originally witnessed, so I
don't think this should be resolved fixed. Just use the testcase, not the URL.

if the page is opened in a tab, on my mozilla 0.9.9 / Win 2000 build, it does't
refresh properly ( remaining "upper half" of a link in the left pane ) and the
inside scrollbars don't even appear ...
boooo, ugly !

oops ... that's REALLY weird, sometimes it doesn't work within tabs, and
sometimes it does !! besides, it happens to produce a decent layout with single
windows, and sometimes I have the problem i mentioned in my previous post !!!
what does that mean ? where's the problem ?? amazing

I'm not seeing problems with the testcase, linux trunk build 2002-04-20-07.
What are the exact steps to reproduce with that testcase? Is this a mac-only
problem?

With the small test case mentioned in #5, I still see problems after scrolling
on Mac OSX, but not on Win98.
