Details

In one of our test runs all of the tests that connect to cell data failed. The issue seems to be with the device.

The cell signal is there, but very weak. I cycled airplane mode to the phone, but there's not a lot I can do from there aside from try to wholly reposition the phone. Unfortunately, current builds also do not reflect proper signal strength so knowing where to reposition it would be difficult.

If this is a continued problem, we'll have to address it further. In the meantime, I'm closing this one out and re-enabling the node.
