Develop a template for displaying a simple bar chart for use with multiple SoTW infographics.

- Vertical
- Baseline as at the bottom

Dependent on design.

https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1113249#c14 shows the comp for the generic bar graph.

As you've shown, we'll need have the x-axis labels at a slight angle to accommodate longer names.

Nice to have for this bug: ability to identify certain bars as white or black in the single bar chart.
