'save to disk' works now by first saving the download to a temporary directory,
then moving it to the final destination.
this is useful, since the download can start right away while the user decides
where to put the file.
however, when saving a rather LARGE file (say 550 meg) AND when the temporary
disk is too small to contain the file, this is rather annoying, since the
download cannot complete.
to the user, this is weird, since "there is enough space on d:\!"
could a change be made in the way the file is saved, for example, that the
temporary file is moved when the user has decided where to save the file?
