Prefs window should remember twisty state / pane

Details
Every time you open the prefs window the twisties (or disclosure arrows in Mac
OS) are reset. It would be great if the prefs window remembered the state and
which prefs pane you were in prior to exiting.
Unless this is already the way it's supposed to happen, and this is a true blue bug?
