Affected OS`s:
- Mac OS X only
Affected builds:
- Firefox 31.5.0 ESR
Non affected builds:
- Firefox RC, Beta, Nightly, Aurora.
STR:
1. Open Firefox 31 ESR
2. Load http://edition.cnn.com/videos/world/2015/02/16/orig-shubert-prophet-mohammed-images.cnn
3. Hold CTRL button and use scroll wheel to zoom in/out.
Expected results: No issues during zooming.
Actual results: Scrollbar maintains its zoom out size when zoomed in.
Notes:
1. It reproduces way back to Firefox 31.0 ESR, does not reproduce on Firefox 24.8.1 ESR. Also not reproducible on Latest Nightly, Beta, Aurora
2. Screencast showing the issue attached.
3. If I scroll in/out a bunch of times, eventually the scroll disappears.

Closing since this is not reproducible anymore using latest Firefox 123.0 build.
