I'm so confused.

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=789447e7034e is 7b0674e3a899, partway up the February 10th merge from mozilla-inbound, with platform_colors still happy.

https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=fe75fbfd3321 is one revision up, with the patch for bug 1130892 that I was suspicious of, but with platform_colors failing three tests.

Somewhere later in that merge, without any followups to bug 1130892, it settled down to just platform color -moz-cellhighlight is wrong: rgb(220, 220, 220)

I wonder what percentage of this test is me putting in whatever color we happen to use on some new OS version with no idea whether or not it's right.

Yeah, no sense in leaving this bug open. It's a bad test, I don't know what a better test for this stuff should look like, and it's been disabled for over 3 years since bug 1207190...
