The previous issue was WFM, so morphing into a new bug.
The Graphene runtime is terrible on Windows, there are graphic glitches everywhere, the window can't be dragged.
Summary: b2g --start-runtime foo.webapp doesn't work on Windows → Improve graphene support on Windows

Tim, a thing you can do to help is to try to disable some preferences in /b2g/graphene/graphene.js and /b2g/app/b2g.js. Graphics and ipc related prefs. You'll eventually converge to the configuration of the simulator, which works on Windows.
I guess the obvious one is `dom.ipc.tabs.disabled`.
