We should probably:
* recommend the use of in-app products over mozpay
* point out that mozpay isn't going to work on desktop and recommend the use of fxpay, mainly to ensure that people don't just turn on desktop and expect mozPay to work without fxpay added in.

If we use fxpay on Android as suggested in bug 1135362 then I think these messages should appear if the developer chooses Android or Desktop. For example:
"Your app is available on Android or Desktop, you must use fxpay to accept in-app payments..." or something better.

I think we should think about moving the API docs into the tree for fxpay so there's a closer relationship between the code and the docs relating to that version of the code.
