[Describe test coverage new/current, TreeHerder]: Landed on inbound. [Risks and why]: This just sets the mse pref to make 37 beta mac builds behave like 37 aurora mac builds. There shouldn't be any regression risk. [String/UUID change made/needed]: None.

Comment on attachment 8566284 [details] [diff] [review] Enable MSE for YouTube on MacOS X release builds Plan is to enabled MSE for OSX in 37 Beta 1. If any significant issues are discovered, MSE on OSX will be subsequently disabled for 37 and retargeted for 38. Aurora+
