fix bug 1134587 - Add support for CompatGeckoFxOS

Early versions of FxOS (1.0, 1.0.1, and 1.1) had modified Gecko engines
which backported features from later Gecko versions, but without
incrementing the Gecko version or keeping track of features.

With FxOS 1.2, the Gecko engine has the same features on desktop and
mobile.
