+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1122050 +++ For the telemetry environment we need to collect addon data and detect changes to the enabled addons.
Accidental submit... We need to couple the "FHR enabled" and "Telemetry enabled" prefs, for desktop only: * disable Telemetry if FHR is disabled (migration) * observe the "FHR enabled" pref for changes and disable the "Telemetry enabled" pref accordingly
