[RTL][Settings] A period is added to the connected Wi-Fi name when viewing it in RTL on the main Settings Page.

Description: An extra / unnecessary . is added to the left of the Wi-Fi signal name. This is when viewing it from the main settings page after already connecting to it. It does not appear this way in the actual Wi-fi settings page. L10n issue, doesn't need to block any rtl meta
