[RTL][Settings] A period is added to the connected Wi-Fi name when viewing it in RTL on the main Settings Page.

Description:
An extra / unnecessary . is added to the left of the Wi-Fi signal name. This is when viewing it from the main settings page after already connecting to it. It does not appear this way in the actual Wi-fi settings page. 


Repro Steps: (in an RTL language)
1) Update a Flame to 20150219010228
2) Connect to a WiFi 
3) Back up to the Settings main page
4) Observe Wifi entry

Actual:
. added to left on wifi name

Expected:
No superfluous punctuations

Per Comment 5 and verification result of my own, this problem cannot reproduced on latest build of Flame 2.2/3.0. If anyone can repro it, reopen again.
