Bug 1097090 moved the platform orderings from the service to the UI. Unfortunately some the recent changes weren't carried over to the UI - presumably on rebase they got lost.

Bug 1135093 - Add missing platforms to thPlatformOrder
thPlatformOrder should contain the same list of platforms as in
thPlatformNameMap.
