User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.9; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0 Build ID: 20150223103044 Steps to reproduce: 1) cat > /tmp/foo.html <html><body>blah blah</body></html> 2) Start Nightly with e10s enabled. 3) Open new tab, enter file URL: file:///tmp/foo.html 4) hit return Actual results: blank page. Expected results: seen "blah blah" in browser pane. DISCUSSION: disabling e10s solves this problem. So does "start with addons disabled". Manually disabling all addons and using "Refresh Nightly" does *not* solve the problem. This behavior is new in the last few days...it's hard to imagine that this isn't in a test suite somewhere... ?
Apologies if this is a dupe; I did perform >5 min of searching using bugzilla. Is there an easy way to see all of the bugs submitted (say) in the last day? If so, I couldn't find it.

Is there an easy way to see all of the bugs submitted (say) in the > last day? If so, I couldn't find it. 1. Go to the search page. 2. Click the "Advanced Search" tab. 3. Open the "Search By Change History" section. 4. Select "[Bug creation]" below "where ANY of the fields:". 5. Enter "-1d" to the first text box below "between:". 6. Click the "Search" button. Optionally, you can remember this query by checking "and remember these as my default search options" if you are likely to repeat the same query many times.

Reporter, could you attach the information in about:support to see if there might be any add-ons that could be causing this? And also, could you check if older builds also reproduce this problem from, say, a week ago? You can find older builds here: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/

I could reproduce using Nightly 39.0a1 under Mac OSX 10.9.5 in e10s. In a non e10s window, the page is loaded. "Paste & Go" in location bar is also broken in these builds for this type of url's. Does this still reproduce with today's nightly? It's probably caused by bug 1083344 which got disabled yesterday.

I can no longer reproduce this error. It appears to me that it has been resolved. Many thanks!
