Details

As you load Test 9, the title of the viewer window changes as the frames load.
The title of the viewer window should be the title of the _top frameset
document.

I fixed this a long time ago in nsBrowserWindow (I think). I don't know why it
has regressed, but I'm assigning it to Nisheeth.
I might be responsible for this regression. Will take a look.
I just tried this, and I'm not seeing it. Sample 9 looks fine to me. My build
is 1 day old and has all of my changes in it, so I don't think this has to do
with the webshell code that I've checked in recently.

This is no longer happening in the latest builds. Marking resolved fixed.
I would like to be able to verify this bug, but being fairly new to the project,
I do not know where "test 9" is. This bug is over a year old!

Never mind. I figured it out. It works (build 2000-02-17-15, Win98). Marking
verified.
