The "Close" menu item's text is somtimes missing from the "File" menu.
See attached screen shot.
At first I coldn't remember what was missing but it somtimes returns.
It is possible to select this menu item and it closes the currnt window.


Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on the File menu


Actual Results:  A gap in the file menu

Expected Results:  "Close" text on the menu
