steps to reproduce:
0. User is logged in
1. Search for paid app on bangoandboku " Pricetier 1, pricetier 5 and pricetier 7"
2. Start the purchase flow
3. Enter PIN
4. shows error message to open the pricetier " The payment method or price point is not supported for this region or operator" Unsupported_Pay"
Expected behavior:
should show the correct payment information "carrier billing only"
Observed behavior:
Some Bango price tiers doesn't works with carrier billing only
" Pricetier 1, pricetier 5 and pricetier 7"

Thanks for the report. Price points 1, 5, and 7 should be supported on stage so we need to escalate to Bango: https://metaplace.paas.allizom.org/tiers/?server=stage&provider=bango®ion=12 This is not a Boku issue.

Thank you for raising this with Bango. We are investigating the issue.
We have found that several of the Mozilla price points on Stage and Prod are not currently supported by the operator.
The price points we have configured are as follows:
3.75
7.50
8.62
12.93
15.00
30.00
45.00
60.00
Not included in that list are:
1.50
7.51
75.00
105.00
150.00
185.00
225.00
300.00
375.00
450.00

Dear Andy and Lindsay,
Following up from our discussion on the price points, we have clarified that the issue is with the 3.75 and 7.51 price point
Regarding the 3.75 price point, I have tested the direct carrier billing route and can see that the charge is successfully applied, could you please advise further what issue you were having with this pricepoint?
Regarding the 7.51 price point, we are setting up a change request to reconfigure the price point correctly, we will follow up with any updates on when this change will be implemented

Dear Andy and Lindsay,
At 15:20 UTC today Bango have reconfigured the price point to 7.51. I successfully tested at the 7.51 price point.
Can you please retest the 3.75 price point and test the 7.51 price point to ensure both are working as expected.
