Details

It's rather simple.... Open up one build of mozilla. Then launch another build of Mozilla. Both windows will report as being the same build although they are different builds. This makes it difficult sometimes when I want to test bugs on different builds.
They show the same version because they are the same version. Currently it's impossible to start up two separate instances of Mozilla on windows. This is a duplicate....
