Treeherder is using just short of one-core on a quad-core CPU, running avg 22-25%

This on a new profile, no addons.

System specs:
AMD Phenom x4 CPU
HD3200 AMD Chipset 256meg ram
8gig overall system RAM.

STR: 
1.  create a blank test profile
2.  Open Treeherder in a single tab
3.  Observe high CPU usage.

I don't think this bug is actionable, it's well known that Treeherder stresses out the Firefox platform, some of the reasons for this are good, some not. We've improved things quite a bit since this was filed, so the situation should be a bit better. If you're interested in following the issues, follow the metabug that Ed linked to: bug 1067846.
