etcd is currently failing repeatedly on internal-loads-test which makes load-testing fail. etcd has gone to 2.0 which has 'fixed' their Raft consensus algo (prior versions have known bugs), so in addition to clearing out etcd for whatever bugs have been cropping up, upgrading would be a good idea.
