This is a tracking bug for work needed in MachV to complete MachV PRD Printing work. To do this, we must first create bugs for all printing features in the PRD, and make them dependencies on this metabug, define the correct behavior (functional spec), describe how it works (design spec), for each feature, and then create bugs for each of the sub tasks.

What good is it to plus a meta bug, especially when the only bug it's tracking is minused?
I just wanted to get it off my nomination radar, most of the deps were plussed.
