1137602 - Windows only - Global indicator does not call any pop-ups from Firefox

STR:
1. Start a Hello conversation.
2. Click any of the items from Global indicator.

Actual results:
No pop-up notification is opened in Firefox.

Notes:
- This is Windows only behavior.

Bogdan, do you mean that no popup is opened on the conversation window as well?

Is this only happening with the Hello floating conversation window, or also for normal tabs using WebRTC?

On the attached gif, it looks like on mousedown the browser window gets focused (and we probably attempt to show the doorhanger), then on mouseup the global indicator window steals the focus back.

This only happens with Hello conversation window. I just used a WebRTC demo page and the floating windows are opened as expected if called from global indicator.
