Details
We already use the icons alone in many places to communicate this information, if we include the icons everywhere we communicate it will help cement their meanings in the heads of our users, it will also help our colour blind users identify the priority of the information in the overheadindicators.

I'm 200% in favor of this. At some point we should tackle the Christmas tree problems with piles of banners at the top of some pages, but this is out of scope for this bug.
