Steps to reproduce:

When delete 1 or more symbols in adress bar, it becomes impossible to add a page to bookmarks.

Are you opened the new URL after writing a new address?

No. I just delete symbol without going to the address. I thought the link will still be added to bookmarks.

And that is normal behavior for program, not bug?

To add a page to the bookmarks you must first open the page. You can add it by only pasting the URL in the url bar.

and when you want to edit bookmarked URL, you can do that in "Library"
