Details

* This is an user story of project "Support multi-screen on FxOS" (bug 1116089). When a FxOS device is connected to another non-FxOS device via Wifidisplay or HDMI cord, we are able to popup a dialog saying "We have found an external display, do you want to enable it?"
We also need to receive a notification when the external display is disconnected.
