Please create train-32 branches for fxa-content-server and fxa-auth-server, when needed changes are in.

I have created "train-32" branches for auth-server, auth-db-server and auth-db-mysql. :jrgm it's probably a good idea to sanity-check them based on the previous npm-shrinkwrap snafu.
