1138754 - span.quote styling makes the scroll bar difficult to access

The margin-bottom setting for span.quote makes  access to the scrollbar button so skinny that it's almost impossible to scroll any cited text (in Chrome).  It works better if I delete the margin-bottom styling.

Hi, why did this get moved to bugzilla.mozilla.org?  I'm seeing in the main bugzilla-git trunk, under skins/standard/global.css

Is this line really desired? It has been added during the commit of bug 524915, but the patch there doesn't have this line and no fix on checkin has been mentioned either.

i have no idea why i added that :|
i can't reproduce the issue with chrome locally, however the patch doesn't appear to break anything.
