[RTL][Cost Control] "Email" string on data usage per app list is partially overlapping blue progress bar below it

Description:
While language is Arabic and user uses some email data the email data usage section in cost control shows "Email" string overlapping the progress bar beneath (specifically the "ني" part of "بريد إلكتروني".)
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150226010233
2) Set language to Arabic
3) Launch and set up cost control app
4) Launch and set up email account and use some data in the app (loading inbox should be enough)
5) Return to cost control page and view email app data usage
Actual:
"Email" string overlaps progress bar in data usage app.
Expected:
No text overlap in RTL languages.

This issue cannot be reproduced on latested build of Flame2.2 andFlame 2.5.
